Our standard fee is 15–20% of the candidate's monthly gross salary in Naira (₦), depending on seniority, urgency, and engagement type. All engagements include a replacement guarantee: if a placed candidate exits within 22 working days, we run a replacement search at no additional fee.

Fee due only on successful placement — typically 15–20% of the candidate's monthly gross salary (₦).

Retained search

Leadership & critical / hard-to-fill roles

Upfront commitment fee plus placement fee (15–20% of monthly gross salary in ₦), with prioritised search.
